True Horizon uses an Integrative approach, which means drawing on and blending different types of techniques, depending on the client's needs i.e. Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, Mindfulness, Compassion Focused Therapy. Additionally, I am a qualified Occupational Therapist and when I feel it may be appropriate for my client's progress I employ some of these skills. e.g. goal setting; developing skills; supporting independent living; structuring daily routine etc.
